objectives
- eliminate the nitrile rubber backing valconization manufacturing process.
- stop the bleeding of carbon black and glycerin when rubber deteriorate to certain level, which stained the expensive flooring, washing machine and the tumbling dryer’s drum and too hard to remove. Caused claims!
- too much lints come out of the surface fabric pile, have to stop. this mainly by the lossing cotton short fiber.
- current available similar mat in different markets are mostly not machine washable and tumble dry safe. Current available nitril rubber backing deteriorate too fast in mechine washing and tumble dry. Need a material in better mechanical properties and better thermal properties.
