USB rechargeable coffee maker

video intro

problems

This item is a very good concept, unfortunately facing problems hereunder. Functioning very badly and easily out of order:

  1. Battery dies easily. – Need better battery and a battery protection fast charging cable with battery protection management system.
  2. Take too long time to charge the battery to the power level to start boiling the water. – Need to enable plug & play.
  3. PCBA is badly designed, malfunction too easily. – In advanced PCBA with in advance industrial protocol is needed

we have solutions

A. Features to enable.

{Consider using bigger battery e.g.:  Id: 40152 Other common: 40152s   Typical capacity (mAh): 15,000mAh  Dia: 40mm     Length: 152mm  Comments LiFePO4 3.2V. Largest cylindrical LiFePO4 cells. Height including the screw terminals: 167mm [citation needed]}

B. Build a new fast charging cable with battery management system to protect and manage the coffee maker’s battery.

  • 100W, 5V (2 outs) (OR 240W, 48V, 5A charging cable).
  • Charging time can be set with a timer, alarm goes on when time is up. And the charge is off immediately and automatically. https://youtu.be/WywxQkPJtqg
  • Auto off charge when battery is fully charged.
  • Auto off charge when thermistor sense battery is overheated.
